Summer Picnic Glimpse

Hello  dear  friends!
Hope and pray that  inspite of all weather 's harshness you all  have found the ways to make your daily  life interesting and  beautiful.   It  could be a reading for which you been waiting so  long  to find the opportunity to hold yourself inside the house and read your favorite selected one in complete relaxation  and  devotion.

Or any  kind of art work which delivers  to your restless heart peace and throw away  the anxiety brought by grey ,gloomy surroundings Like  painting ,knitting ,needle work ,sewing etc...

It  also can be a gatherings on tea ,coffee or tasty hot  dishes  that go  good with  weather and bring some warmth to blood along with lovely conversations!

Writing  is also a  hobby which springs up in such  times most strongly because  our brain  take inspiration from the environment and state of our mood help it to dig more deeply through imagination  and fantasy.

To me Photography is one of the  best way to preserve  the  moments in their  pure  and  beautiful manner.Though  i  am  still waiting for  the better camera but feel  happy for those who have in hands and are able to captivate  the  serenity of nature artistically during  this season.

Dear  Friends  today i  am  sharing  some photos  of our summer vacations when  we had  lots  of fun by visiting different fun places  but what made me  to post about it today  is the  memories of  meetings with my friends in my native land and endless chats most of which was about our school days memories .hope  you will like them .

This picture was taken in summer vacation when i pend almost fifteen days in this my[ late] parents house  with my elder [eight years elder than me] brother and his family ,on right wife of my brother ,her sister with her baby girl next to her,  and her cousin beside me in pink ,[the 17 year old son of that lady fell don from the roof during his mason job one month ago and broke his legs ,great loss ,we went to console for this .

My native  village gets often rains unlike my husband's city where we get very lsess and slight rains and very rare. after taking this pic it  rained heavily and stormy .during these few days we enjoyed many lovely rainy days there .

Blurred due to  windy atmosphere, camera cannot capture the joy peace but  view though!

After  rain stopped my younger son  took many shots of greenery around and few of us too, whenever i be there i miss my parents  deeply  and my childhood memories hold my soul strong .my internal world would be quite different than internal one.

I  feel  though i visit many places but my soul stay connected to my this house where i grew up watching these lovely views which made me a poet and writer ,

It was July and inspite of rain days were quite hot when son appeared yet we decided to visit Nathia  Gali  a hill station  tow hours away from my village .In winters  its higher hills hide under thick layers of snow and summers stay mild.people come here to enjoy the nature's beauty throughout the year, though it was fasting month of Ramadan still it was rushy there.

tourists were enjoying the views from the height by parking their vehicles on roadside

Whole way until we reached to the peak was treat to eyes and soul ! two hours of this beautiful journey extend to more than four when we stpped so many times to enjoy the views.

I  loved looking at these curves and paths of hills that gradually become higher and higher when one continue his travel to northern areas .
No matter how up one goes hills are populated and i saw animals and children running over the hard  tops with no difficulty . How right that everything learn to survive according to it's environment.

We  had no fast so found a small park to sit  and eat our lunch that we took along[due to fasting month during the day one cannot anything to eat outside, hotels open from evening  till late night.

The highest point of hill station where i felt dizzy while watching looking down ,due to sun
shine is sharp photo is unable to display the whole beauty of this view .

Hope  you enjoyed  this post dear friends!
In our near hilly area it is snowing since week so we are also having very cold weather .Since my fingers are freezing while running on keyboard and i have to make lunch so signing off  now .
wishing each of you a safe ,happy weekend and weekdays .

love yourself as this will make you love everything around you .stay positive .
God bless you all.

  11. I so enjoyed your lovely photos, Baili! Like you, I think photography is a wonderful way to preserve all sorts of memories and moments. Even the simplest camera can take photos that help you remember. I enjoyed seeing the photos of your family, and I understand the pull that home always has on your heart. The older we get, the stronger the pull of home becomes. I miss my parents every day. I hope that the seventeen year old boy who fell down from the roof and broke his legs is recovering well.

Your hill country is magnificent! I have struggled with capturing the beauty of our mountains in Colorado because of the interaction of my camera with the sun. I'd get a better camera that might capture the scenery more accurately, but I have to have a camera that is simple and works quickly. I haven't the patience to play around with lenses and tripods and filters. Candid Camera is me!

Sending you God's blessings along with big hugs and love! Thanks for sharing your beautiful country and culture. So often the things we hear about Pakistan in the USA are distorted and ugly. It's important for people to learn and understand that people around the world really aren't that different and that most of us are doing the best we can to love and care for the people around us.

    1. it is very true my friend!

visiting native home brings plenty of mixed feeling ,wandering care freely in fields and gardens !
picking up fruits from under the tree fell by wind !
swinging and swimming with friends and playing with dolls and wood carts rids !
but along with it bring the echo of the loving sweet calling of our names when parents called us ,hold us ,pampered us,
can anyone else in this whole world can give such warmth of love and care the our parents did?

  26. Such a lovely post my dear friend! Great ideas you have shared to pass the winter dreary months, and such a lovely touch of hope for summer with your summer vacation pictures! What a wonderful trip up the mountains your family had! We have taken such trips too, where a short drive turns into a very long one because the beauty and the views are so amazing! I loved the picture of your family enjoying a picnic because you had prepared knowing there would be no restaurants open. I'm so sorry to hear of the young man who broke his legs, oh my, how awful. Is he doing okay?

I'm so thankful to have connected with you, for our friendship across the many miles, and pray the precious blessings of the Lord on your life today :)
