Feeling Better and a question

     Hey  Precious   Fellows !

Hope      and   pray    that    all    of    you    are    having    beautiful    times   in   your   lovely    lives    and    each    day    grabbing    more     wisdom    and    grace    from   it    as    it   is    said   by    someone    WISE    that    "GROWTH"   is   very    important   in   everyday    life.  If     we   grow    only   by   material    or   physical    way   and   not    by    spiritual    and   mental    way   it   means   that    we   are   not   ALIVE   in   actual  meaning   of    life    because   LIFE   means    growing    everyday    for    better    tomorrow    and   with    spiritual    growth    we    cannot    provide   a   healthy    and    positive   environment    to    our    body.

I    am    learning   from    my   disease   and   pain   that   i    should    listen    to   my    body  .I    should   not    follow    all    my    stupid   desires   for    doing   more   than   i   am    capable.
I    should   avoid   taking  my    most    favorite   friendly   hot    drinks   [tea  ,coffee] most   often.
May   be   lot  more  i    learning   without   realizing   that  i   am   learning   trust  me.

I    am    feeling    better   with   each    passing   day. Pain    which   held   my   chest   and   ribs   like   a   strong    cage   is   seems    to   melting    now   smoothly. Its   not    vomiting   anymore   so   i   am   regaining   little    energy   from   my   little    food   now. Fruits    are   great    help    in   this   time. Watermelon   is   exceptional  on   this   whole    earth  ,what   would   i  do   without  it .

Weather   is   in   worse   moods   now   a  days.  50   plus   often.  Here   the   fasting   month   of   Ramadan   has   started   so   city    govt   is   trying   hard    to   supply   light   without   any    Long   break. Hubby  is   taking   lots   of   care  of  me ,kids   and   home   but   i   am   not   happy   with   this  .I   try   to   help   him    but   he   annoys   and   says   you   will   ruin   all   my   efforts    if   hurt   yourself   by   doing   anything   before   Right Time    and   i  am   waiting   for   it   restlessly .

Dear    friends    one     thing    which   is   giving   me   true    joy   and   strength   is   YOUR   SUPPORT   AND   LOVE   which   you   show   through   your   kind    words   and   comments.
When   i   read    these    precious   words   from    you    i   feel    energy    running    in    my   veins   believe   me.  You    guys    are   angles   who   empowered    me  spiritually   with   their   magical   support!    And   i   don't   have   appropriate   word   to   express   my   feelings   for   you   except

                        THANK   YOU!!!

                                                    For   you   precious   fellows!

Before   signing   off   i   want   to   ask   you   a   question   if   you   will   answer   i   will   appreciate it!

" Do    You   Believe   that   if   we   do   good    will   get   good   always" ???

  1. Dear Baili, It is wonderful news that you are improving and eating a little more. Watermelon is good for you, so enjoy that delicious fruit often.
Let your husband help you. He understands that you are still healing inside and that you need more time. Take it slowly...one day at a time. I had that type of surgery, too. You must let your body heal.

As for your question... I feel that you should do good for one reason only, because you want to not to get good in return. Many people who are good people, don't always have good things returned to them. Just being a good and caring person should be reward enough. Just my thoughts on it :)

    Big Hugs 💮

  2. Glad to hear your pain is improving and you're starting to feel a little better. But your husband is right, you MUST rest and recover. Please let him do everything around the house! You have had serious surgery and your body cannot heal if you overstrain it now.

  3. Take it easy, Baili. You must let your body heal and accept help. Humility is an important virtue when you are recovering from surgery.

I think that good and bad happens to all of us. If we do good, then we don't invite bad into our lives, but bad things happen to all of us regardless of how good we are. Doing good for its own sake is the ultimate goal. Then, what matters is how we deal with the hard times. I always pray for the strength and courage to handle what comes and prayers of thanks for my life.

  4. So glad to know you are doing well now. I don't think doing good means that it guarantees any return, but it is certainly the right thing to do! Because doing good brings its own satisfaction.

  5. Hi Baili, I'm happy you are starting to feel better... I think we all need to listen to our bodies more... I'm guilty of not doing this myself.

Listen to your hubby and get as much rest as possible, you don't want to get reinjured xox

I think we can do good often and still not have good things come to us. It's not realistic since he all have trials that are difficult which ultimately help us grow to become better people. It's not easy, that's for sure
.. take care of you self, many prayers going out to you xox ♡♡♡

  7. I'm so glad you are feeling better. I know it will be better for a long time.
Just because we do good does not necessarily mean we will get good back. If we know that ahead of time we can enjoy the fact that we are doing something good. If something good happens to us we can treasure it.

  8. iT'S A GOOD THING YOU ARE RECOVERING. AS FOR DOING GOOD, i DO GOOD BUT i DON'T EXPECT GOOD BACK. i DO GOOD FOR MYSELF.

  9. Recovering takes time and you need to take it slow and rest. You'll get better and the hardest part is to be patient, at least for me it was. :)

  10. I am so glad to hear your pain is diminishing, baili. Now you must be sure not to overdo activity. Although you have no large incision, you must still heal inside. As for your question, I do not think that doing good necessarily brings good back to a person, but it's important to do good whenever and wherever we can; even the smallest things can make a difference to someone else. But this is not news to you, I know this :)

  11. Hi Baili! :) I'm so glad you're getting better and better! I'm not fond of doctors...I do think that we are our own best doctors, as we know our bodies better than anyone.
Honestly? And I'm NO cynic...but I am a realist. I do NOT believe that if we only do good, we will only get good. This is really based on my experience. I try and try so hard to be a good person, so be kind to others, to follow the rules, to be conscientious about the environment and to take care of my fur family and my boyfriend selflessly. YES, I will always be that way and I will always feel good about it.
But...it doesn't come to me in return "always". People treat others with disrespect and disdain, and that is a fact of life I will never believe false. Sometimes no matter how sweet you are with someone, they will still use you as their punching bag. Do you deserve it? NO WAY! But that, to me, is the nature of people. We may be born innocent and good, but society has a way of tainting us. It doesn't matter how spiritual a person is, they will always take out their prejudices and judgments on others, when they don't deserve it.
Sorry for the speech lol...I do believe all that, but I still try to be as good of a person as I can be despite the challenge! :)

  13. I am so happy to hear that you are doing better.

Taking care of oneself is so important. A few years ago I leaned this the hard way.

I also love coffee and tea. I have trouble cutting back on them too :(

    Stay blessed.

  15. I am so happy to hear that you are getting better and stronger every day. Listen to your husband and rest, so you can recover properly! I understand your need to get up and help because I'm the say way. It's hard to sit still but you will feel so much better if you do that now. And watermelon is my favourite fruit! I love it and could eat it every day. Stay safe, my sweet friend! Sending you lots of hugs and positive thoughts from Canada xo

  16. Hi dear Baili! Listen to your husband and rest! It's obvious how much he loves and cares for you, and he wants you to recover well. You do not want a setback. We women always think that we must do, do, do, but sometimes it's appropriate to lay back and receive. And it is very hard ~ I know only too well.

In general, I think if we do good, good will come back to us; but this is a tough world, and sometimes good may not come back to us. Or we may not recognize until much later that something that seemed bad was really for our own good. All I can control is what I do, and so I do goodness for its own sake. If some good comes back to me, awesome. If not, so be it. I am more at peace with me if I can be a good and positive presence in my corner of the world.

Sending you love and hugs and wishes for continued recovery!

  17. Baili, hubby is right. Listen to him!

  18. Do allow your husband to do things around the house and with your family so you can give yourself and your body the chance it needs to recuperate as quick as it can. I am glad you are feeling a bit better; you should continue to do so day by day.

Regarding your question, I think we should always strive to do good. I do think that doesn't necessarily mean you'll have good things come your way. We may perceive what is good and your good would be different than my good. But I do believe in the end God works for the good of those who love him who have been called according to his purpose. His good is what I ultimately would want.

  19. I do believe that if we do good it will come back to us. The trick is to recognize it when it does as goodness does not always present itself in an obvious way :-)
    Feel better, my friend!

  20. Good news to read you are feeling improved.
I expect you have overdone it as we say, so therefore felt the repercussions of doing that - take it easy, let your family take care of you. You have taken care of them in the past so it's their turn to help you to recover and be so much stronger than before.

Answer your question - not necessarily, for some people somehow have bad luck most of their lives even though they do good to others - that's life.
Then on the other hand, what goes around comes around.

  21. It is good news that you are beginning to feel better with each day, lovely Baili. As for your question, I don't believe that if you do good that good will be returned, necessarily. I know wonderful people who live their days helping others and some horrible things have happened to them. I guess in saying this though, it is a wonderful thing to try and bring beauty to those we meet each day, to bring a smile to their day......regardless of our situation.

  25. Thank you for the sunflowers! They are missing from our garden this year as we did not grow any so I appreciate seeing yours. I'm glad to hear that you are getting better day-by-day. I had a lot of surgery last year and know that it takes time to recover so rest as much as you can, allow your husband to help you. Praying for one another is a precious thing so I pray for you both at this time.

  26. I believe the key to happiness is good health. You are beginning to experience all the gifts that good health bestows.

I thought about your question and I guess I approach it from another way. I try to never do anything wrong or bad .....so if I eliminate the bad, it would leave only the good.
Peace and joy to your family

  27. So pleased to read that you are feeling better with each passing day. It is important to take things slowly and don't rush your recovery.

  28. I am so glad that you are feeling better :-)

As to your question I think that goodness and mixing with good people attracts goodness into your life.

I believe that focusing on good thoughts also leads to the same result.

The problem is that often the negative aspects of life get in the way and distracts from positive thoughts.

Negative thoughts lead in a different direction.

  30. I am glad to hear that you are feeling better and learning to listen to your body. Listening to your body and knowing what it is asking of you to do and not do is so important! And yes, I do believe that if you do good things, good will come and find you in return.

  31. Hello Baili! I am so glad to hear that you are feeling better after your surgery! I love your thoughts at the beginning of this post. Not too long ago I read something that said, simply, life is change. The sooner we recognize that the better we will enjoy living. I think that is what you are saying here ... we need to grow every day and change to make things better. I hope you continue to feel better and better every new day. I send you greetings and prayers from Seattle. Thank you, as always, for sharing and for your kind words on my blog! Best regards, John

  34. Sending best wishes that you continue to feel less pain each day, Baili. If only it were true for everyone that doing good would ensure good things, but alas it does not seem to be that way.

  35. Dear Baili - Sorry to hear about your pains, but I’m happy for you that you’re better by managing it with self-control. I like watermelon; I think I can survive hot summer with cold watermelon, though our hottest is less than 40 degrees. Regarding your question, I believe our doing good will return to us. I think this world is random, even the kindest person can suffer, but I also think things are in balance, we have both pleasures and pains. In the consequence after constant choices, we get good thing, though what is good thing depends on us. It’s difficult for us to be positive when we suffer, but let’s try to find small happiness every day even amidst pains. God watches over you each passing day. Hope your pains will subside more, I keep my fingers crossed.

  37. Hello, Dear Baili, I am praying for your quick recovery and that you are feeling better each day. Your dear husband is very wise in telling you not to do too much, too soon. Fruits and vegetables are so very good for us. I always crave watermelon when it is hot outside. I do believe that good will return to us if we are good, but I also believe that we should do good regardless of that, that we should always take the 'high road' and do the right thing even if there is no immediate reward. It helps us to sleep well at night, cradled in the arms of the Angels. Sending hugs and blessings to you and your family. xx
